Easy recovery of cooking liquids
The 3-degree sloping top encourages grease to flow down the collection system, preventing it from affecting burners and creating toxic fumes. Liquids are collected in a handy tray equipped with a drip saver for the cleaning.
Fire Core® for even cooking
Fire Core® stainless steel dishes protect burners from grease and spread heat evenly across the cooking surface for the ultimate barbecue experience. A patented system for significant energy savings.
High-efficiency burners
Designed to deliver superior performance and equipped with safety thermocouples built into the structure, they operate on both LPG and methane. The burners have a fantastic heat propagation system and achieve exceptional power, ensuring significant energy savings (2.5kW compared to 6kW of the competition).
Multifunction heat-insulating lid
The thermo-insulated oven lid can transform the barbecue into an authentic oven. Thanks to this unique system, it will be possible to cook at both high and low temperatures with unprecedented stability and sealing.
Soft closing lid
Opening and closing the lid is facilitated by the special calibrated hinge. Thanks to the integrated springs, the weight felt during the operation is reduced to just 500g, making the process effortless.
Hermetically sealed cooking chamber
The gasket is resistant to high temperatures and ensures a hermetic sealing of the cooking chamber, creating an environment where heat is retained, and temperatures remain exceptionally stable.
Modular cooking surfaces
The modular system of the plates allows to customize direct cooking according to personal preferences by combining them as pleased. The plates are designed to ensure grease drainage, preventing it from falling onto the burners.
Patented fume extraction
Through a special chimney located at the rear of the shell, the patented fume extraction system allows healthy cooking and the elimination of combustion gases from the cooking chamber.
Effortless electronic ignition
Thanks to the integrated electronic system, igniting LPG or methane is extremely simple, with an easy ignition procedure and optimal management of the fires when using the barbecues.
Precision and control at 210°.
The knobs on Fògher barbecues exceed the standard 180°, offering an extraordinary 210° rotation for precise temperature control. This feature ensures the highest levels of precision while cooking.
Thermometer with integrated probe
When the slats are closed, the pergola is rainproof and water is subtly channelled away. After a rain shower, the roof can be opened again without water splashing. The patented shape of the slats channels water, whether static or moving.
Durable paint that stands the test of time
Equipped with thermosetting epoxy powder coating and a steel structure that makes them extremely resistant to high temperatures (over 500°) and weather, maintaining their quality unchanged over time.

Fry Top stainless steel plate FG
Also known as Teppanyaki, this seamless AISI 430 steel plate retains heat stably for longer, reducing gas consumption. Its streamlined shape ensures efficient drainage of cooking liquids.
FG stainless steel double grate
Fully removable grill for easy cleaning. Its flame-arresting structure ensures optimal cooking temperature, avoiding direct contact of flames with food and preventing unwanted burns.
500 barbecue bread/pizza kit
Essential accessory for barbecues with oven lid, made from cordierite refractory stone. It transforms your barbecue into a high-performance oven, enabling optimal cooking of pizzas, breads and cakes up to 350°C.
Indirect cooking / smoking kit
Features a raised steel grate to keep food away from the heat source. The 500 mm kit includes a holder for aromatic wood chips, adding an irresistible smoky touch to your dishes.
FG soapstone
20 mm thick plate ideal for cooking meat and fish. Its natural, porous surface retains and evenly distributes heat, enabling gentle cooking without the addition of fat.
Teppan 750 / Teppan 500
5 mm thick plates offering great versatility for cooking meat, fish and vegetables. They combine the influences of Asian cuisine with Mediterranean flavors, allowing precise temperature control and guaranteeing excellent results thanks to their ultra-smooth surface.
